Emma graduated from Bournemouth University with a Batchelor of Laws (LLB Law) in 2010. From there she went on to complete the Legal Practice Course in 2011 and has now worked in conveyancing for over 10 years, qualifying as a Conveyancing Solicitor in 2019.
Emma is based in our Broadstone Office and deals with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing, including shared ownership, freehold and leasehold sale and purchases, retirement purchase and purchases under the right to buy scheme. In her role, she can also assist with matters such as equity release mortgages, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and voluntary first registrations.
Emma thoroughly enjoys her work and works together with all parties during the conveyancing process to ensure the transactions run as smoothly as possible and that she is doing the very best for her clients.
Outside of work Emma loves spending time with her family and friends, and enjoys reading and travelling – anywhere hot!
