Harold G Walker has teamed up with local fundraising organisation, Pop 4 Diabetes to support their annual ball. The gala evening aims to raise over £10,000 to fund pioneering research into finding a cure for Type 1 Diabetes. This year’s James Bond-themed event will be held at the Village Hotel in Bournemouth on Friday 14th October and promises to be an evening of surprises with celebrity guest appearances, a silent auction and a Child of Courage Award ceremony.
Pop 4 Diabetes founder, Iris Board said “Pop 4 diabetes was started after my son Shane was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the age of 11. Since then the organisation has raised over £75,000 to help find a cure for this serious and lifelong condition. Our annual ball is our most successful fundraising event of the year and we are so pleased to have Harold G Walker Solicitors supporting us at our 11th anniversary.”
