From 17 November 2025, LPA fees rising November 2025 will affect everyone looking to register a Lasting Power of Attorney. Currently, it costs £82 to register each type of LPA. From November, the fee will increase to £92 per application:
- Property & Financial Affairs LPA – £82 → £92
- Health & Welfare LPA – £82 → £92
- Both LPAs together – £164 → £184
