Last week, our Managing Partner, Nicola Lowe, had the pleasure of visiting Wimborne Town FC, where she met Jimmy Glass, the club’s General Manager. It was a wonderful opportunity to see the fantastic work being done at the club, view our sponsorship boards proudly displayed around the grounds, and hear about the exciting plans ahead that will benefit the wider Wimborne community.

1. Facilities That Serve the Wider Community
The club runs a Youth Section offering football opportunities for children and young people, a Development Centre for high-ability players, and The Academy, which combines education and football. The Wimborne Town Women’s team has also qualified for the First Round Proper of the FA Cup.
2. Community-Focused Facilities
Wimborne Town FC has invested in quality infrastructure, including clubhouse facilities regularly hired out for community events. They run a walking football club promoting social inclusion, health, and wellbeing. The Youth Team recently raised funds for a defibrillator to benefit everyone.
3. Community Campaigns
We are proud to be the main sponsors of their “Let’s Pitch In” campaign, which will upgrade their main pitch to 3G. This will enable the club to compete in higher leagues, ensuring long-term sustainability and growth.
