This prestigious accreditation, earned in March 2025, reflects Jo’s deep understanding of critical areas such as SRA principles, ethical obligations, complaint handling, and risk management. Achieving a distinction highlights her commitment to delivering trusted, high-quality service for all HGW clients.
Jo plays a key role in ensuring HGW Solicitors operates to the highest professional and regulatory standards. With over 20 years of experience in the legal industry, she manages the firm’s finance, administration, compliance and staff while fostering a supportive, positive workplace culture.
Commenting on the award, Jo said:

Practice Management is a multifaceted role, but in the end, success always boils down to a culture of collaboration. Outside of work, she leads an active lifestyle and enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and the family dog, as well as pursuing hobbies such as netball, trail running, mountain biking, kickboxing and naturopathy.
