James Rust joined Harold G Walker Solicitors in October 2021 as a Private Client Solicitor in the Wills, Trusts, and Probate department at our Christchurch. office. He is currently Associate and Head of the Private Client Team.
James graduated from Solent University with a degree in LLB Law with Criminology, and he qualified as a Solicitor in 2019. He was interested in Law from a young age and his interest grew after completing work experience at the local courts and attending a hearing at The Old Bailey in London.
His expertise covers a full range of private client services including Will writing, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Applications, Grant of Probate Applications and Estate Administration.
Outside work, James enjoys walking the local Coastal paths, playing poker, pool, and snooker, and doing lots of fun activities with his family and friends.
