About Simon:
As a Commercial Property Solicitor Simon is Head of Business and Commercial at Harold G Walker Solicitors. He is responsible for growing and driving the business forward in the ever-changing legal market.
Dealing with all areas of property work, Simon has for the last twenty years specialised in Commercial Property transactions. This work as a commercial property solicitor has been predominantly done with estate and flat development for developers, the acquisition and disposal of businesses and the creation and transfer of commercial leases. He has also been appointed as an independent advisor on securities for a number of major Banks.
Having lived in and around the Bournemouth area since 1976, Simon has strong local connections. Acting amongst other things as a trustee of a local charity, a member of a local Male Voice Choir, a keen tennis player, skier and traveller.
After many years playing football in the local leagues, he has continued his footballing interests in his role as the Honorary Solicitor for both The Hampshire Football Association and The Bournemouth Divisional Football Association.
A keen Liverpool FC fan, Simon follows the team both at home and abroad!
